NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. TradeCenter is a software tool for journaling and analyzing your own trades. Nothing in this application constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or investment management services of any kind. All trading decisions are yours alone.
TradeCenter is a productivity application. It does not hold funds, execute trades on its own initiative, or provide personalized investment recommendations. The AI features provide educational analysis based on publicly available data only.
If you connect a broker (Interactive Brokers), you authorize TradeCenter to store your credentials or API keys in encrypted form (Fernet AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256) on our servers solely to execute instructions you initiate. You acknowledge that automated login tools may interact with your broker's own terms of service, and that risk is yours to accept.
Your trade data, settings, and encrypted credentials are stored on TradeCenter servers hosted in the EU (OVH, France). We do not sell your data to third parties. We use it only to provide the service. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
When the AI scanner produces a trade signal (symbol, direction, prices, confidence score, thesis), that signal is logged to measure scanner performance. After 24 hours we automatically check outcomes using publicly available price data. This data is used solely to improve the AI and is never shared or sold.
Trading involves significant risk of loss. TradeCenter's AI signals, scanners, and analytics are tools to assist your research — not guarantees of profit. Past scanner performance does not predict future results.
Pro and Ultra subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase of a new subscription tier if you have not executed any live trades or used more than 10 AI queries during that period. Renewals are non-refundable. To request a refund contact support.
You agree to hold TradeCenter, its developers, and affiliates harmless from any losses, damages, or account terminations arising from your use of this software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the DIAC Arbitration Rules, seated in Dubai, UAE, conducted in English. Each party bears its own legal fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise. You waive the right to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you in-app at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
